Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive with solid outbound sales experience in the digital media industry.

Our mission at Engineered Media is to help B2B companies grow. We do this, using our playbooks to generate predictable growth through digital media and marketing.

Together with our team, you will drive business development and help us achieve our growth targets.

To be successful, you will bring your experience, selling agency or consulting services. Not only are you great at consultative value-driven sales — you need to excel at showing you can coach all of us, not just prospective clients, on how to think about critical growth challenges and how to solve them.

This is the right role for you if…

  • You are a career agency new business and sales pro.
  • You have solid outbound sales experience.
  • You can demonstrate solid outreach methods.
  • Comfortable with online meetings and in person.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Follow a proven system that makes qualifying, proposing, and closing inbound and outbound leads easy. We call this process exploring, engaging, and enrolling.
  • Conduct sales calls daily to qualify and advance leads to close. You will use ZOHO CRM and be on video with your prospects most times.
  • Research and create sales proposals for SQLs using a combination of base templates and pain points and desired results shared by prospects.
  • Deliver energetic and expert presentations to founders and in-house marketers.
  • Exercise thoughtful persistence with follow-ups to close the deal.
  • Improving the sales to operations handoff to ensure sales promises are clearly communicated and possible in operations and delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; a great communicator in every medium.
  • Able to ask tough questions and handle the pressure of a sales environment.

Expected Results:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Achieve and exceed a quota of R1M in your first year.
  • Close 40% or more of the deals you service.
